From which manufacturers do you offer injectors?

We currently distribute fuel injectors from BOSCH, VDO Siemens, DENSO, Delphi and Catepillar. The majority of fuel injectors sold by us are manufactured in the Czech Republic or in the Central European industrial region.

Why should I choose you?

We care about customer satisfaction. We provide a guarantee for all fuel injectors supplied by us, which is not limited by the number of kilometers traveled. Injectec is also responsible for safe transport. If it happens that the carrier loses or damages the shipment, it will be processed again, completely free of charge. Thanks to our own extensive database, we have the opportunity to verify whether the customer orders suitable fuel injectors for his car. Our operators are thus able to react quickly to any discrepancies and modify the order in agreement with the customer.

How can I create an account?

Click on the top "sign in" icon and select "I don't have an account yet". Fill in all the necessary information, select "create an account". Once you have set one up, you will be notified by email to the address you entered when you registered.

It is very easy to set up your details in your account. Select the "login" icon, log in and click on "my account" and "edit". Here you can change all your contact information.

Our e-shop is protected by an SSL certificate. This means that the information you enter is encrypted and secured against eavesdropping by a third party and the authentication of the communicating parties is ensured, so you can be sure that you are really communicating with who you wanted. Furthermore, it fully respects the GDPR regulations and we do not pass on your data to anyone, except for the data necessary for the delivery of the shipment.

How can I place an order?

Simply use our online platform. Find the product you want to buy, add it to your shopping cart, log in and go through the order form. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a summary email to the address you provided. The order summary will also be available in your profile on the e-shop website. You can also modify your purchase by changing the type and quantity of the product in your shopping cart.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept credit card payments, bank transfer and cash on delivery on our e-shop. A list of payment options can be found here.

What should I do if my payment has not been accepted?

Please try again in a moment. If the payment is still not accepted, try another payment method, if that doesn't work either, please choose bank transfer due to card issuer restrictions.

How will the parcel be delivered to me?

Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days after payment and are delivered by courier of shipping company Colissimo.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, please cancel via  Return Manager

Is the shipment insured?

The shipment is insured by the carrier. If you have not received the shipment within the given deadline, please inform us via the contact form, we will check the situation and in case of loss of the shipment we will fully replace the ordered goods by sending you additional injectors.

Do you require a refundable deposit for injectors?

We do not require any refundable deposits, we only sell original new and used fuel injectors.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, we will send you a tracking code as soon as we ship your order.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of 12 EUR incl. VAT or the equivalent in local currency. We do not charge any packing or other handling fees.

I made a mistake when entering my delivery address, can I change it?

Since your information is sent and processed immediately after payment is received, it is very difficult to make a change. Please fill in your address carefully. If a correction is necessary, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I withdraw from the contract?

If you wish to cancel your order, please fill in the withdrawal form and send the goods to our address. The statutory 14 day period has been extended by us so that every customer has time to return goods they do not need for whatever reason.

What are your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the date of dispatch, provided the returned products are unused and in their original condition - complete with original documents and packaging. All returns require a return authorization number, regardless of the reason for the return. Use our return manager service to speed up the process. Any items purchased on our website are eligible for return provided they are in new condition as detailed in our terms and conditions.

Will I get a refund for the delivery charge when I return the goods?

We will refund the cost of return shipping, provided the error was on our side. In the case of returns due to a change of mind and any other reason for return that is not due to an error on our part, we will not refund return shipping charges, only the full purchase price and the cost of shipping from us to the customer.

We provide a 24 month warranty on new injectors for end customers.
