Packing of shipments

The price of postage is a flat rate of 0, - GBP incl. VAT. We do not charge packaging or other handling fees. When creating two different orders, shipping costs will be charged to both orders separately. 

The packaging is sufficiently dimensioned and your injections are well protected.

Shipping in the UK: Delivery usually takes 3-5 days. All shipments are insured. In the event that the shipment is lost by the carrier, you will receive a new shipment from us according to the order in the replacement delivery period, without any additional payment. Damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier upon delivery.

Return of goods within 14 days: If you wish to cancel your order, please fill out the withdrawal form and send the goods to our address. The statutory 14-day period has been extended by us to 21 days from the date of the order, so that each customer can return the goods that he does not need for any reason.

Please note that injections are marked.

Complaints: In case of a complaint, send the goods to any of the addresses listed below. Complaints will be settled within 30 days by refund or exchange.
